new version - quicker and more informative

Team Traxtuff keeps blasting you with new versions!

this one brings a few changes:
1) better over all performance. mostly thanks to our hosting provider - which solved a problem in it's infrastructure that hurt performance. YAY!
2) better page load time - thanks to Wishcows efforts, applying some magic tech folks call "cache".
3) less misunderstandings and conflicts and better behavior: item status now reflects it's status more accurately, with exciting new status such as "lent to ron (not confirmed)", "lent to david (borrower claims returned)" etc. you can regret and return an item you lent even though the borrower hasn't confirmed yet! progress. can't stop it.

I'd like to take a moment to thank Ophir, a user that took the time to contribute to the discussion about our new "status" feature, and at the same time touch this subject.
so:
1) thanks Ophir!
2) Ophir suggested that as a policy we hide conflicts from third party users. that is, if user A Denies that user B lent him an item, a third user C won't see any sign of that. this should help to avoid embarassing situations and keep disputes just between the parties involved.
I'm happy to say the site mostly keeps this rule, and I hope to complete changing the parts that don't soon.

ok, tha's enough excitement for now.
keep lending and borrowing!
Yonatan
