List of e-mail to invite

Greetings

I am trying to setup a list of people in our community who would be prepared to share their stuff between them, and this seems to go some way to achieving this.

Any chance of being able to add a list of e-mails - my contacts are in Microsoft outlook, and its going to be quite tedious for me and them to add the whole community to their contact list. Additionally as a new member arrives, each person in the commuinity will need to add the new member into their list.
